DEVELOPMENT OF
ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY MODE (ADM) MATERIALS AND SURVEY ON ALTERNATIVE LEARNING
DELIVERY MODES
1. In response to the call of DepEd-CAR through the CLMD-LRMS and its
project MAIDEN which supports DepEd’s Sulong
Edukalidad in its commitment to the continuous delivery of quality basic
education, this division endeavors to come up with a plan for contingency
measures in relation to curriculum and implementation and learning delivery
should the quarantine period be extended until the first quarter of the next
school year.
2. Said planning certainly needs the input of School Heads and Teachers who
are required to fill out the Quick Survey Form on Probable Learning Delivery
Mode while Teaching From Home (TFH) through this link: https://bit.ly/2WPAsLb .This link is open until April 17, 2020.
3. In preparation for the possibility of the extension of the quarantine
period, teachers are enjoined to develop learning resources prioritizing the
FIRST AND SECOND QUARTERS of s.y. 2020-2021. This project shall be named as Learning
Resource Material Dapat at Sapat (LRMDS) para sa Bata.The learning resources shall be K to 12 competency-based modular type,
which may be delivered through online or offline modes. Should there be queries
and clarifications especially on the Design and Development Standards of the
Bureau of Learning Resources, you may contact the staff of the CID-Learning

4. For queries and other related concerns, you may also send it to the

6. In light of this COVID-19 pandemic where the congregation of people is
restricted, school pre-evaluation of said materials shall preferably be done
online. You may access and download the electronic Quality Assurance Tools at http://deped.in/mpsdoadm. Pre-evaluated
ADM learning materials with the necessary attachments (pre-evaluation sheets)
shall be sent via e-mail to andres.cuyasan@deped.gov.ph for Division
Evaluation as it was agreed that the 1st and 2nd quarter
evaluation of learning materials for the calendar year 2020 would still be
facilitated by the CID-LRMS to give time for the districts to come up with
their roster of Division Evaluators re :
Decentralization of Evaluation, for the next quarter evaluation(1st
quarter of s.y. 20-21).
7. The CID-Learning Resources Management Section shall be expecting
submissions from April 30 to May 30,
2020 so as to enable the office to have time for the evaluation of said
materials. Do note that the finalized learning materials that were evaluated in
the Division will also be submitted by this office to the Region on or before
June 30, 2020 for their corresponding action.
8. Diligent compliance and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is
enjoined.
